The Mill at 515 Merritt Avenue represents the first phase of Somera Road’s mixed-use development, Martin & Merritt. Originally home to Vintage Millworks, this former architectural woodworking facility was thoughtfully reimagined through adaptive reuse into a vibrant commercial destination. Powell’s construction team transformed the industrial structure to support a new generation of tenants, including Gordo’s Taqueria, Hermitage Kitchen Gallery, and BC Block, an elite group fitness concept, while preserving the building’s utilitarian character and sense of place.
