Powell provided design-build services for Sensa Padel, Nashville's first dedicated padel club, located within the revitalized Neuhoff development in Germantown. Bringing a fresh approach to recreation and social connection, the project introduces a dynamic new destination where sport, wellness, and community come together.

Featuring six outdoor padel courts and a pro shop, Sensa Padel was designed to create an energetic, welcoming environment for players of all skill levels. The space balances the functional demands of an active sports facility with a modern, approachable atmosphere that complements the character of the surrounding Neuhoff development.

With architecture, design, and construction working together, Powell brought the project from concept to completion through a collaborative, integrated process. The result is a vibrant new gathering place that reflects the evolving landscape of Nashville's hospitality and recreational spaces, creating opportunities for connection both on and off the court.
