Trade & Partner Referral Program

• Referral fee of 1% of the total construction contract value

• Fee is calculated at the time the construction agreement is signed

• Applies to qualified referrals that proceed into construction

• Paid within 15 days of framing completion and passed framing inspection or other agreed upon project milestone
